Capetown Society Wins Best Digital Transformation Award in Delhi NCR

Digital Initiatives of Capetown AOA (CAAO) in the Last 10 Months

Building a Smart, Digitally Empowered Community Capetown Society, Sector 74, Noida, has made remarkable strides in digital transformation over the past 10 months, implementing advanced technology solutions to enhance convenience, security, and transparency for residents.

Key digital  initiatives include:

1. MyGate Digitisation,  DG Recharge Integration with radius, CAM payment Automation in real time. After 11 months of intensive collaboration between MyGate ERP, Radius Synergy, and PVVNL, the DG Recharge API integration is ready to go live. Highlights of this initiative: Integration of DG/UPPCL grid data with MyGate for real-time billing and reconciliation. ICICI PayLink integration for seamless DG recharge flow. Compliance certification for API security and DG metering validation. Extensive UAT cycles on billing, ledger sync, and data integrity with PVVNL validation. Close to 27 online and in-person meetings coordinated with residents and technical teams.

2. Facility & Security Upgrades: Replacement of old analog cameras with 92 IP cameras across the society, main gate, and clubhouse, including night vision capabilities for enhanced surveillance. Implementation of smart security devices and automated monitoring systems for a safer community.

3. ERP & Digital Operations:  Advanced ERP modules for Finance, CAM, Facility, and Vendor Management under mygateapp, with many other modules work going on. Visitor Management systems for improved security and convenience. Digital announcements and communication across 111 lift screens in 42 towers through AdOnMo advertising screens contracts. These initiatives have empowered the society with real-time data visibility, smarter billing, enhanced security, and streamlined operations, setting Capetown apart as a truly connected and tech-enabled community.
