Smt. Heeral ji, a dedicated resident of Supertech Capetown Society, Sector 74, Noida, has been at the forefront of her society’s welfare since 2020. With her background as a teacher, writer, and former radio jockey, she is admired for her remarkable vocal skills and outstanding ability as an orator, qualities that make her a natural leader and voice for her society.

Her clarity of thought and power of expression came to the fore when she represented Capetown Society at Amar Ujala’s prestigious “मेरी सोसाइटी सबसे अच्छी” competition before the Noida Authority. Her presence and presentation played a vital role in helping the society secure a prestigious award in April 2025, bringing pride and recognition to all residents.

Today, Heeral ji continues to channel her energy into meaningful causes. She is currently a Project Associate at IIT Madras with AI4Bharat, where she develops advanced AI tools for the Sindhi language, combining technology with cultural preservation. 

At the same time, she remains deeply committed to the welfare of women and children and to making Capetown Society a safer and more progressive place to live.

Smt. Alka Jain is a B.A graduate and entrepreneur residing in Tower CC-2, Supertech Capetown since January 2021. She is associated with the JAIN SAMAJ at Cape Town and the Ajnara Society and Cultural Group in CC1 and CC2 Ladies Club.

Social Work: Smt. Jain is also engaged as a social worker, focused on resolving daily issues within Tower CC1 and CC2.

Smt. Satyabhama ji is a Graduate in Economics (Hons.) with a strong commitment to social development and community well-being. As a community psychologist, social worker, and organiser, she has actively contributed to initiatives that foster inclusivity and empowerment. Her creative expressions, published in platforms such as Samvaad, Surbhi, and other magazines, reflect her artistic depth and passion for meaningful storytelling. Deeply engaged in cultural life, she blends creativity, psychology, and social engagement to make a positive impact. Her multifaceted pursuits highlight both intellectual rigor and cultural sensitivity, establishing her as a thoughtful contributor to society. 

Smt. Anjali Bhatia, an MBA in HR and Director – Insurance Operations (APAC) at Mercer, brings over 20 years of leadership experience in people and process management. Passionate about community welfare, she has spearheaded several society initiatives and cultural programs that promote unity, inclusiveness, and an enriched resident life.

With her strategic mindset, organizational expertise, and strong commitment to transparency, Anjali envisions building a vibrant, resident-first community where every voice is valued and every member feels empowered.

Smt. Laxmi Bahuguna Dangwal is a multifaceted personality, whose life has been deeply connected with the social, cultural, and contemporary aspects of society. A postgraduate in journalism, she played an active role in the Uttarakhand Movement, where her contributions were both courageous and inspirational. She stood at the forefront of the movement, reflecting a spirit of dedication, resilience, and commitment.

In recognition of her service, the Government of Uttarakhand honored her with official accolades and extended a state pension as a mark of respect and gratitude.

Today, Mrs. Suchi continues to be an engaged and enthusiastic member of her community, contributing meaningfully to various social and cultural initiatives within Capetown Society. Shri Anil Kumar Jain is a B.Com, MBA graduate and retired Class-1 officer from the Government of India, previously working in various ministries including Petroleum, Industry, Information & Broadcasting, CBDT, CBIC, Law & Corporate Affairs.

Professional Engagements: He has experience as an Auditor for NCLT, NCALT, ITAT, and the Registrar of Companies across India.

Social Work: Anil  Jain is engaged as a social worker, focused on resolving daily issues within Tower CC1 and CC2. He is associated with the JAIN SAMAJ at Cape Town and the Ajnara Society.

CMA Parmanand Goyal, a Fellow of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India and M.Com (ABST) from Rajasthan University, retired in May 2024 as Executive Director (Finance), Refineries Division, Indian Oil. With over three decades of leadership since joining Indian Oil in 1990, he has expertise in financial reporting, due diligence, treasury, and fund management. He evaluated projects worth ₹1.25 lakh crore, managed PF & Trust investments of ₹25,000 crore, and pioneered SAP HR Payroll for 32,000+ employees. Known for strategic finance leadership, governance, and change management, he has served on boards and committees of leading joint ventures. 

Dr. Neeraj Saxena, resident of Capetown (CMC1-1404), is widely recognized for his recent appearance on Kaun Banega Crorepati 16, where he made history by stepping down mid-game to give other contestants a chance—a gesture of fairness commended by Amitabh Bachchan. This act reflects the values he stands for: integrity, transparency, and inclusiveness.

With over three decades of experience in higher education, technology foresight, and policy leadership, Dr. Saxena currently serves as Pro-Chancellor of JIS University, Kolkata. Previously, he worked with TIFAC (DST, Govt. of India) and AICTE, contributing to national education and innovation policies.

His vision for Capetown is clear—transparent governance, financial accountability, empowered towers, stronger safety measures, preventive maintenance, digital transformation, and vibrant community engagement. Committed to making Capetown safer, greener, and well-governed, he aspires to create a model township where every rupee is accounted for, every resident feels safe, and infrastructure serves reliably for decades.

Shri Sudhanshu Ranjan retired from the Reserve Bank of India in 2016, after a distinguished career in the banking sector. Post-retirement, he has been pursuing his passion for literature and creative expression. A poet and writer at heart, he has authored SPANDAN, a published collection of his poetry that reflects his deep sensitivity and artistic spirit. His work weaves together emotions, experiences, and reflections on life, showcasing his journey from a career in public service to a fulfilling pursuit of creativity. 

Shri Hirak Dasgupta, resident of CG1/1903 since 2016, has extensive professional and community experience. He held senior leadership roles, including National Marketing Manager and CEO, in Indian and multinational organizations, where he successfully led large cross-functional teams with robust governance. After retirement, he continued to contribute as a consultant to pharmaceutical research institutes and biodiesel producers. His continued involvement in community initiatives reflects his dedication to collaboration, collective well-being, and positive transformation, making him a respected and active member of society.

Shri Hari Sudan Semwal, BE in Electronics and Power, is a seasoned HR & Administration leader with over three decades of cross-industry experience, renowned for driving governance, vigilance, and organisational transformation. At BSES Delhi, he led HR operations for a large workforce, digitized disciplinary processes, and managed extensive electricity theft cases, safeguarding critical revenues. He also spearheaded vigilance and anti-corruption initiatives, reinforcing organisational integrity.

Skilled in engaging with bureaucrats, politicians, and RWAs, he has ensured seamless operations and effective consumer grievance resolution. His technical expertise includes electrical distribution networks, complemented by experience with global brands like Nike, Reebok, and Adidas. Residing in Cape Town since 2016, he combines ethical leadership with operational excellence to deliver sustainable organisational growth.

Shri Girish Mohan Singhal completed his post-graduation in 1971 and soon after began his career in the construction field, where he worked with dedication and integrity for several decades. From 1993 to 1996, he also served as Chief Editor of a news magazine, contributing his vision and leadership to the world of media.

Alongside his professional journey, he has consistently devoted himself to social causes. Within Capetown, he is recognized as an active senior citizen—promoting welfare initiatives, encouraging horticulture and green living, and supporting activities that enrich the community.

Respected for his balanced outlook and spirit of service, Mr. Singhal continues to stay engaged and purposeful, inspiring both his peers and the younger generation.

Advocate Amit Singh has been practicing in the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India since 2009 with over 16 years of legal experience. His expertise spans criminal law, taxation, service matters, company law, arbitration, real estate, banking, and corporate disputes. He regularly appears before the Supreme Court, High Courts, tribunals, and commissions, and has served as an Arbitrator in financial matters. He is empanelled as a Panel Lawyer for the State of Uttar Pradesh and serves as Legal Advisor to Indian Overseas Bank and Natural Medicaments Ltd. He holds an LL.M. in ADR and specialized training in mergers and acquisitions. 

CA Anupam Singhal is a qualified Chartered Accountant (2006), Cost Accountant (2002), and Company Secretary (2019), and also a Gold Medalist in M.Com.

He possesses rich experience in accounting, finance, management, taxation, and corporate advisory.

Currently, he is the CFO of Super Hoze, a position he has held since August 2013.

Earlier, he has worked with Modi Industries Limited, RBNS Sugar Mills, and Motherson Sumi Systems Ltd.

He is a resident of Tower CS3, Capetown Society, where he has been living since 2015.

Shri Manish Srivastava, a resident of Capetown Society since July 2015, has been an active contributor in shaping the society’s growth and welfare. He is 45 years old, holds a BE (Comp) from PICT, Pune and an MBA from Symbiosis, and currently works as Director (Sales) at a Software MNC. 

Having started his career in South Africa, he spent over a decade in Botswana, Johannesburg and Cape Town, and wishes to replicate the same lively, collaborative and inclusive lifestyle here in Capetown. Over the years, Manish has actively participated in society meetings on Electricity,  water charges, CAM reduction and security improvements along with other residents.

He initiated the “Swacch & Green Capetown” mission, supported healthcare initiatives and society camps, and engaged in several charity and social events, particularly for senior citizens and children. He has also been part of major resident movements and agitations, standing firmly for transparency, accountability and fairness.

Following the handover of the society in October 2024, Manish played a key role in driving healthcare and digital initiatives, including close collaboration with Vivish Technologies (MyGate) & Radius teams for DG recharge integration, Adonmo expansion, etc., which brought greater transparency, security, and convenience for residents.

During the insolvency period, he guided several residents on filing claims under CIRP procedures and also remained actively involved in follow-ups with IRP Hitesh Goel, NCLAT Courts and Apex Court proceedings for 110 crore receivables from Supertech along with registry related matters.

His innovative ideas and vision for modernizing Cape Town Society, along with his strong experience in alliance management with senior CXOs, have helped seed stronger relationships and bring new initiatives to life.

Shri Baldev Raj, resident of CM1-1902, has been a valued member of our society since 2015, widely admired for his selfless service, humility, and dedication to community welfare.

A Postgraduate in Business Administration (Marketing Management) from Symbiosis, Pune, with additional diplomas in Multimedia, Publishing, and Computer Applications, he brings over 25 years of professional expertise from McGraw Hill Education Ltd. His rich experience in content management, publishing, digital solutions, and team leadership has been instrumental in developing and managing more than 500 book websites.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Shri Baldev Raj is a passionate learner, researcher, and sports enthusiast, having won trophies in badminton and carom. His devotion to society and environment is exemplary—organizing more than 16 grand religious and cultural events such as Shri Sunderkand Paath, Divya Shri Ram Katha, and Shri Hanuman Mahotsav; planting and nurturing over 100 trees; and actively supporting vaccination, ration, and medicine drives during the COVID-19 pandemic.

CMA Praveen Bhardwaj has been a resident of Capetown since April 2015. He is a rank holder (13th All India) and a qualified Cost & Management Accountant (CMA). He holds academic degrees in B.Com (Hons.), M.Com (MA&FS), and CAMLP.

Currently serving as the Chairman of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India – Noida Chapter, DGM Finance in a Company, Praveen brings with him over 20 years of professional experience with specialization in Budgeting, Financial Accounting, Taxation, and Corporate Laws.

In addition to his professional expertise, Praveen plays a pivotal role in drafting legal documents and agreements, coordinating with Taxation Authorities, and handling matters related to the Real Estate Regulatory Authority.

As the Treasurer of Capetown AOA, he has been instrumental in handling more than 700 cases related to Ownership Transfers, Mutations (including inheritance and blood relation transfers), Loan Transfer cases, and other compliance matters. He has also led the legal drafting of cases and official communications with government departments, ensuring transparency and due process.

Praveen has also introduced several systematic improvements in financial governance of Capetown, including the implementation of real-time ledgers of apartment owners through MyGate ERP, adoption of a No-Cash Policy, resolution of over 1000 cases of opening balance discrepancies, and ensuring that audited financial statements are published on time in compliance with bye-laws.

Shri P. K. Puri has been residing in Cape Town since December 2015. He is a commerce graduate with an MBA degree and 37 years of rich experience in sales and marketing, retired in 2016. 

During his career, he worked with prominent companies in the auto tyre industry and also worked with leading manufacturers of lead-acid auto batteries."

As a senior citizen with ample time to dedicate to community service, he has actively participated in various initiatives aimed at improving the welfare of society in Cape Town. His involvement includes:

Regularly attend and contribute to the Society of Cape Town Welfare Association (SCWA) meetings, sharing insights and experiences related to current legacy issues facing the community.

2. Sr citizen Fun group: Founded a Sr citizen fun group consisting of 30 members.

3. Fridge at Gate 2: Initiated and manage a community fridge program at Gate 2, which provides food and essential items to those in need, fostering a spirit of sharing and support among residents.

4. Protests for Residents’ Benefits: Organized and participated in peaceful demonstrations advocating for residents' rights against builders and developers, ensuring that community voices are heard and considered in local development plans.

5. Plantation Drive in Lake Garden: Spearheaded a plantation drive in Lake Garden, promoting environmental sustainability and community beautification by encouraging residents to plant trees and maintain green spaces.

With his extensive background in sales and marketing, he aims to leverage his skills to benefit the community by promoting awareness around pressing issues, enhancing community engagement, and fostering collaboration among residents. Shri Arun Kumar Sharma has been a resident of Capetown since August 2015. He holds degrees in M.Sc. (Agriculture) and PGDBM and is presently working as Regional Head – (SCM) North with one of India’s reputed organizations. With over 30+ years of rich professional experience, he has developed expertise across multiple domains, particularly in supply chain management, leadership, and organizational development. He is a determined, resilient, and never-say-die fighter for a social cause.

He is well-connected and has extensive exposure to working with the highest levels of bureaucracy and government authorities across Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Haryana, and Delhi. Known as a skilled orator and poetry writer, Arun has also demonstrated strong leadership by mobilizing and guiding residents in standing united against challenges created by the Builder and its maintenance agency.

He have been involved in making SOPs, conceptualizing new business models, suggesting amendments in govt policies, including contract farming, farm output procurement, agri input and output marketing, loan disbursement to priority sectors.

He Possess indepth fine knowledge of legal framework related to APMC rules, ECA, FSSAI, PCRA, UP Apartment Act 2010, Society Bye laws, UPRERA rules, National Building Code, CIRP, UP revenue code, Stamp and registration act 1908 etc.

Exposed and widely travelled to interior parts of North, South, East and West India including J&K, West Bengal, Jharkhand, Assam, Meghalaya, Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, HP, TN, KN which moulded and enriched his behavioural approach and respectful acceptance to rich and great Indian cultural, geographical and linguistic diversity.

Shri Krishnendu Aditya has been a resident of Capetown since October 2016. He is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from Calcutta University and has retired from a reputed multinational company in the power sector, where he built a distinguished professional career.

Post-retirement, Krishnendu has continued to be an active contributor to the social and community activities of Capetown. He has played a significant role in addressing important issues such as electrical infrastructure, water connections, and line laying. He is also an enthusiastic member of Aahoban – the Bengali Cultural Committee, where he actively supports cultural and community-building initiatives.

Shri Sunil Dangwal is a Science graduate with an MBA in Tourism and is currently working as Business Head with a reputed organization in the travel industry.

Known for his dedication and community spirit, Sunil stands out for his willingness to support fellow residents of Capetown. He has been an active participant in various initiatives organized by the Capetown AOA and has successfully led cultural events, managed departmental club activities, and contributed to the membership drive.

During his tenure as Joint Secretary, he worked with diligence, sincerity, and commitment, ensuring the smooth execution of activities and strengthening community engagement.

Shri Mahesh Chandra Yadav has been living in Capetown since October 2015. He is graduated from Kanpur University and retired from Indian Army.

He is currently working as an Executive with one of Ministry of Defense’s Organization. He is having rich experience in resource management and conservation.

Shri Krishna Kumar Sharma is the practitioner Company Secretary having 16 years of rich experience with the specialization in the fields of Corporate Laws, SEBI, FEMA and legal matters. He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a Law Graduate.

Dr. Digvijay Singh is a senior journalist with over 24 years of experience in the field of media and communications. Over the course of his career, he has worked with some of India’s leading media houses including Aaj Tak, The Indian Express, India TV, News Nation, Zee News, Network 18, and All India Radio.

Alongside journalism, Dr. Singh is deeply committed to social service and community development. His contributions have been recognized at the national level, he has been awarded the National Youth Award by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India, and the Atal Ratna Award by the Ministry of Social Welfare, Government of India. He has also been nominated twice for the prestigious Padma Awards.

Shri Saurabh Tyagi, is an IT professional with 18 years of experience at leading global companies such as Adidas, Wunderman Thompson Commerce, Publicis Sapient, Samsung, and Motorola. Saurabh brings both credibility and commitment to every role he takes on.

A resident of our Capetown society since 2015, he has been one of the most active and approachable members of the community. Always smiling and ever willing to help, Saurabh has consistently stood by residents, from advocating for basic amenities to supporting neighbors in their day-to-day concerns.

During the challenging times of COVID, he stepped forward selflessly, assisting families, coordinating essential needs, and ensuring that no one was left behind.

He also played an important role during the handover of the society from the builder, standing alongside other residents to get rid of corrupt practices and ensuring that the Capetown Society was safely and successfully handed over to the CAAO (Capetown Apartment Owners Association).

Dr. Santhalia Motto of life is "Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat " and he believes that capetown is a mini bharat due to diversity in all aspects. 

He holds a B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering, an M.Tech in Computer Science Engineering, and a Ph.D. in Patent Monetization from the Indian Institute of Information Technology, Allahabad.
